Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern access to ventarroliving.com and purchases from Ventarro Living. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Ventarro Living remains responsible for the sale even when third-party suppliers, warehouses or fulfillment partners are used.

2. U.S. delivery area

The store currently accepts orders for delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. Additional product-specific restrictions may apply.

3. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering a binding transaction. Information submitted through the store must be accurate, and you must be authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present products, dimensions, materials, compatibility and colors accurately. Manufacturing variations, lighting and display settings may affect appearance.

Some lifestyle images may use AI-edited backgrounds. Product-only images, selected variant details, dimensions and written specifications should be reviewed before ordering.

Features can differ between variants. Only information specifically associated with the selected variant forms part of the product description.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, incorrect pricing or an obvious listing error. Amounts collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

6. Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout where required. Promotions are subject to their stated conditions and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may be processed by third-party providers. Payment authorization or capture may occur according to the selected method and order status.

8. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Freight conditions, access requirements and product-specific restrictions also apply.

9. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in that policy excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Installation, compatibility and local requirements

Products may require professional electrical, plumbing, structural, mechanical or other installation, foundations, permits or compliance with local codes. Installation is not included unless expressly stated.

Before purchase and installation, confirm dimensions, access, voltage, frequency, plug, connector, utility, vehicle, structural and site compatibility as applicable. Use qualified professionals where required.

11. Wellness products

Wellness and fitness products are intended for general consumer use and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Follow product instructions and seek appropriate professional guidance where a medical condition, injury or safety concern may be relevant.

12. Warranties

Any manufacturer or Ventarro Living commercial warranty will be stated on the product page or supplied documentation. Except where expressly stated, no additional commercial warranty is provided beyond mandatory rights and remedies.

13. Acceptable use

You may not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with security or operation, transmission of malicious code, impersonation or infringement of another person's rights.

14. Intellectual property

Website branding, text, graphics, layout and other content are owned by Ventarro Living or used with authorization. They may not be commercially reproduced or distributed without permission except where permitted by law.

15. Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to third-party services governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for websites or services we do not control.

16. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventarro Living is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited, including mandatory liability for personal injury, product liability, intentional misconduct or other non-excludable rights.

17. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, strikes, government action, infrastructure failure or similar events. This does not remove any applicable cancellation or refund right.

18. Governing law and disputes

To the extent permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer's habitual residence. Disputes will be handled by a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

19. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms for future use of the store. The version generally applicable to an order is the version available when the order was placed. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
