Returns & Refunds Policy

We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase from Ventarro Living. This policy explains our voluntary return and refund conditions.
30-Day Return Period
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify for a standard return, the product must:
- be unused;
- not have been installed or permanently assembled;
- be in substantially the same condition in which it was received;
- include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and components; and
- be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Starting a Return
Before returning any product, contact us at:

Please include:
- your order number;
- the product you wish to return;
- the reason for the return; and
- photographs where relevant.
If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Do not send products to our German business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Products returned without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For eligible returns that are not caused by damage, defect, or an error by Ventarro Living, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
For large or freight-shipped products, return transportation can be substantial.
If Ventarro Living arranges the return shipment on the customer's behalf, the actual return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund. The amount will be communicated before the return is finalized.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at info@ventarroliving.com
Please provide photographs or video where reasonably requested so that we can assess the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:
- replacement parts;
- repair;
- replacement of the product;
- return at our expense; or
- a refund.
You will not be charged return shipping for a return caused by our error or a qualifying defect or shipping damage.
Non-Returnable Products
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, we may not accept returns of:
- customized or made-to-order products;
- products that have been materially used, altered, or damaged after delivery;
- installed products where removal makes resale impossible;
- products missing significant components;
- gift cards; or
- products clearly marked as final sale before purchase.
This section does not limit rights relating to defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
Orders that have not entered fulfillment may generally be cancelled without charge.
Once an order has been processed, transferred to a freight carrier, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return procedure may apply.
Refunds
Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for us to process an ordinary return refund. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Refunds required because an order cannot be shipped will be processed within the time required by applicable law.
Original Shipping Charges
Where standard shipping was provided free of charge, no original standard shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
Optional expedited delivery, white-glove services, installation services, or other additional services already performed may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
Exchanges
Where available, exchanges may be handled as a return of the original product followed by a new order.
Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable federal or state law.
