Where does Ventarro Living ship?

We currently accept orders for delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international destinations.

How much does shipping cost?

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout. Free economy or basic shipping may be available for eligible orders, while faster or product-specific services may cost extra.

How long does delivery take?

Processing and delivery estimates depend on the product, fulfillment location, destination and carrier. The applicable estimate is shown on the product page, during checkout or in the order confirmation where available. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Where do products ship from?

Orders may be fulfilled by different manufacturers, warehouses or fulfillment partners. Ventarro Living remains the seller and customer-service contact for the order.

Can items from one order arrive separately?

Yes. Products stored at different locations may ship separately, and tracking details may be provided for each shipment.

How are oversized products delivered?

Furniture, outdoor structures, appliances and other large products may be delivered by freight carrier. Unless expressly stated otherwise, freight delivery may be curbside only. Inside delivery, assembly and installation are not included unless specifically listed.

Is installation included?

No, unless the product page expressly says otherwise. Some products require professional electrical, plumbing, structural or other installation and may be subject to local permits or codes.

What should I do if an order arrives damaged?

Photograph the packaging, shipping label, affected area and complete product, then contact info@ventarroliving.com promptly with the order number.

Can I return an order?

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Large-product return shipping can be substantial.

What currency is used?

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout where required.

Are electrical products suitable for U.S. use?

Review the listed voltage, frequency, plug, connector and installation requirements before ordering. Do not install or operate an incompatible product.

Are all lifestyle images exact photographs?

Some lifestyle images may use AI-edited backgrounds to show the product in context. Product-only images, selected variant details, dimensions and written specifications should be reviewed before purchase.
