These Terms & Conditions govern the use of ventarroliving.com and purchases made from Ventarro Living.

Ventarro Living is responsible for the sale to the customer even where third-party suppliers, warehouses, or fulfillment partners are used.
2. U.S.-Only Store
This store is intended for customers purchasing products for delivery within the United States.
We do not currently offer products through this website to consumers for delivery in the European Union or European Economic Area.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.
By placing an order, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
4. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display products, specifications, dimensions, materials, and colors accurately.
Actual colors may vary depending on device displays, lighting, photography, and manufacturing variations.
Product specifications and compatibility information on the applicable product page should be reviewed before ordering.
For electrical products, customers are responsible for confirming that the product is appropriate for the intended installation and use.

Nothing in that policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Unless installation is expressly included in the product listing, installation is not included in the purchase price.

Any applicable manufacturer's warranty or specific Ventarro Living warranty will be described on the relevant product page or documentation supplied with the product.
Except where expressly stated, Ventarro Living does not provide an additional commercial warranty beyond rights and remedies that apply under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including branding, text, graphics, layout, photographs, videos, and other materials, is owned by Ventarro Living or used under appropriate authorization unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
13. Prohibited Uses

- to introduce malware or malicious code;
- to interfere with the security or operation of the website;

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that may arise from intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory product liability, or mandatory consumer protection law.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so these provisions apply only to the extent legally permitted.
16. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruption, strikes, government actions, customs delays, infrastructure failures, or similar events.
This provision does not remove any cancellation or refund right that applies under mandatory law.
17. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and contracts with Ventarro Living are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer's habitual place of residence where those protections cannot lawfully be waived.
18. Disputes and Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be handled by a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring a claim exclusively in Germany where such a restriction would be unenforceable under applicable consumer law.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
20. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable to an order is generally the version available when the order was placed, unless otherwise required by law.
